Children's Centre art commissions
Working with very young children with their parents and carers, Jessica Perry co-ordinated textile, paper and clay artworks for permanent display in Children's Centres around Norfolk.
These permanent artworks gave the Surestart Centres a strong visual identity upon entry, and were a positive experience for the participants.

Little Snowy Owl for Children's Centre
Cold cast marble resin panel (approx 15" x 20").
Originally one of three made for Dereham Surestart Children's Centre as a family learning clay activity on permanent display in the outdoor play area.
The owl was made by many toddlers and adult helpers pressing marks into an owl-shaped slab of clay, using fingers, tools, toys, rollers etc. This was then moulded and cast.
Other casts are available in iron or marble, sold @ £300.00 each.
